Exactamente como se describe. El coso que viene para ayudar a limpiar, a mí personalmente me resultó un incordio porque porque no permite un fácil recambio de una nueva área limpia del hilo. Aún así, me encanta que venga agregado. El grosor del hilo es mayor que el hilo del mercadona y un poco menos encerado pero va bien, de verdad, yo tengo los dientes bastante juntos y me pasa.
